Ampersand

In challenging times, great leaders focus and adapt. They draw on their strengths to meet the moment. Is your leadership clear and focused? How might you have more meaningful impact?

Ampersand is for leaders in the nonprofit, foundation, and other social impact fields. We offer programs to hone your most effective self in an environment that gives you space to recharge, think creatively, and connect with peers.

Our participants already have an impressive track record of learning and leading change, which means a standardized approach to upscale skills or achieve success is not enough.

So we have created an in-depth journey – a combination of in-person and virtual activities that include carefully curated experiences, group discussions, and individual coaching.

You will join a cohort of 8-10 diverse, accomplished leaders with whom you will learn, share perspectives, and support each other in an increasingly complex world. Our application process is designed to be mutually selective to ensure we have a powerful group and robust engagement.

As your co-leaders, Mo Baldwin and Meghan Lowney believe we learn best when we do it together through meaningful exploration while not taking ourselves too seriously.

Program

Here are the specifics.

Ampersand I is a cohort experience that includes:

  • Two in-person retreats

  • 2 hours of personal coaching at the program start

  • 1 extra hour of personal coaching with either Meghan or Mo during the program

Cost:

  • Program $12,500

  • Travel and hotel not included

Dates:

September 2025-March 2026 program (enrolling now)

Retreat locations to be finalized, currently planning Massachusetts and Arizona.

April 2026-October 2026 program (enrolling soon)

Retreat locations to be determined.

Following Ampersand I, participants are eligible to enroll in future Ampersand programs.

Successful candidates will have achieved significant accomplishments in their fields and as learning leaders.

You have attended the programs, read the books, listened to the podcasts. Maybe you have already benefited from coaching.

And now you are ready for this experience to meet the moment.
